To sign-in, simply locate the Quick Login box on the bottom-left of the homepage and enter your username and password. If you do not have a username or password, this means you are not registered with IMJ-Online.com. You must first register an account with us before you sign-in. To register or sign-up, located and click the Register Now link located at the bottom of the Quick Login box.

Please log in at MY IMJ. On the fourth point you will find a button to activate your account.  Once you click it, check your email for the resent activation code.

In order to access casting call and audition contact numbers and addresses, you must first log in your account and then click casting calls and auditions. There you will see the contact information. This information is only available to IMJ-Online members. If you are not a registered member, please take a few minutes and sign-up now; it's easy and free.

To remove or delete your account please log in at MyIMJ and click on Deactivate Sedcard.

In order to search for a specific person in the search engine, please, first select whether they are a model or actor/talent. Then go ahead and enter the model ID number and click search.

We want to ensure that you get noticed by casting directors and scouts around the world. In order to be considered for casting calls, auditions and gigs, there are some photo guidelines you should adhere to:

· Please upload your best photos only, preferably professional or studio shots.

· Nudity of any kind will not be accepted

· Make sure your photos are current

· No collages

· Please, no web cam photos

· You should be the only person in your photo - no group pictures

· Make sure to crop your scanned photos

· Avoid wearing hats and sunglasses or anything else that obstructs your beautiful face

· No copyright images or images with website addresses will be accepted

· Make sure that the photo is in GIF or JPG format only

· Nothing larger than 200K

· Nothing smaller than 200x300 pixels
· Please submit at least one vertical photo (longways). We cannot accept horizontal (landscape) photos as the default image.

Once your portfolio is approved by our editors, it will be published online for booking agents, scouts and casting directors to access. Check your postbox often, an industry professional might be looking for you as their next star!

Unfortunately we cannot recommend specific agencies to you. But, in order to jump-start your career in the wonderful world of acting and modeling, we suggest you first set-up an account with us here at IMJ-Online.com. At this point, our office in Berlin does not offer international customer call service due to staff constraints and time and language differences. If you are a casting manager (also known as booker for IMJ) you can apply to be registered as a booker. With our free booker account, you have options to post castings, find models & actors, publish news, etc.

The portfolio serves as an additional IMJ-Online feature allowing potential clients to survey over your previous work experience. The portfolio section allows you to enter your past experiences (using photos and text) as a model or actor. Portfolio entries may include, but are not limited to, runway shows, promotional events, beauty pageants, photo shoots, magazine features/covers, stage entrances and still shots from TV or movie appearances. You may provide as much information as you would like a client to know and correspond to. The portfolio feature does not serve as a tool for job-petitions or as a curriculum verite.

As opposed to an IMJ-Online profile or portfolio, the IMJ-Online bio serves as a complex insight and highlights different textures of personality including a list of facts like birth, education, work, relationships, awards, achievements, dreams, desires, goals and aspirations. The IMJ-Online bio allows the client to explore character of the model behind the photo.

Each time a new browser is opened or refreshed a photo of a model or actor appears and is available for voting. The photos appear only on a computerized random selection basis. To keep the system fair, no single photo appears on the same IP address more than once, meaning models cannot vote for themselves multiple times. The rating system is from zero (being the worst rating) through 10 (being the best rating). Judging is strictly based on the photo and appearance of the model.

If your photos continue being denied, we strongly advise you take further steps into seeking a professional photographer or finding a photo studio in your area.

Having professional photos taken is a sure way to get your photos published and noticed! Having a professional portfolio avoids the chances of bad quality photos being displayed and in addition, enhances your best features and shows the booker or scout you are serious about your career in modeling or acting. Find a local photographer or studio in you area and schedule an appointment. Make sure to pamper yourself and select only the finest from your wardrobe.
